Portland Resources

As part of our effort to build a thriving Veteran community in Portland, we often come across great resources both regionally and nationally. While we may not have specific relationships with the organizations below, we use this page to compile useful information for Veterans in PDX. If you run, or know of, any resources you would like to see listed here, please CONTACT US to start a conversation.

Returning Veterans Project

The Returning Veterans Project provides free, confidential mental and physical health services for post-9/11 veterans, service members, and their families throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. Services include mental health counseling, chiropractic care, massage therapy, family counseling, acupuncture, and more. Services can be found through our online directory or by calling our office.

University of Portland - Pamplin School of Business

The University of Portland - Pamplin School of Business is an excellent area resource for Veterans looking to further their educational or career goals. The university actively seeks to assist interested Vets in gaining admission to program that work for them. If you are a Vet interested in discussing opportunities available, click below for more information.

American Corporate Partnership

Founded in 2008, ACP aims to ease the transition from the military to the civilian workforce. ACP is the only nonprofit organization engaged in national corporate career counseling for our returning military. Vetwork members have utilized this service during their own transitions and recommend it for anyone interested.
